Can I order by phone?
In order to ensure that everything is correct with your order we only take order through our website. If you have any issues ordering please send us an email and we will gladly assist.

Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?
If the item is displaying an error message when adding to the cart, we are out of stock on the item and our system will automatically remove it when it updates. Please check our new arrivals for new trendy styles added!
Do you restock items?
We always try to restock the best selling popular items! Depending on the manufacturer availability and the popularity of the style we might be able to restock on certain items.
Can I make changes or cancellations to my order?
In order to ensure all of our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, changes and / or cancellations are not allowed. If you noticed that you put the incorrect address or incomplete address please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to have it corrected before it is shipped. Once it is shipped we will not be able to make any changes.
How do I know what size to choose?

Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email?
We are sorry that you did not receive the confirmation email. Please check your spam mail as it may have gone there. Otherwise we may have the wrong address so please email us to get it resend to you.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the tracking number used to send your package.
Why was my item / order cancelled?
Your order could've been cancelled for the following reasons:
- Item(s) became unavailable after your order was placed. Upon inspection our packers might not consider the item fit for shipment therefore canceling the order.
- Difficulty processing the order. We have the right to hold and/or cancel the order if the shipping and billing address do not match.
- Inability to ship to the address provided.
What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
- USPS Standard shipping (2-6 days)
- USPS Express shipping (1-2 days)
- Same day delivery ( for Atlanta area only within 15 miles radius of 30324)
- International priority (7-21 days)
- International express (6-14 days)
The tracking number states that my order was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
Please note, once the item ships it is in USPS possession therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
